Hart, Chris
We've been having long standing delegate access issues as far as our
exchange 2003 cluster and Entourage 2004 goes. Since SSL for the WebDAV
service is required to communicate with the Exchange cluster here on campus
this makes the delegate user account show up as "Not Connected" in the
account window. If you uncheck the WebDAV SSL box then the delegate shows up
as connected in the window, but you of course can not communicate properly
with the exchange server. If anyone in the MacBU group is listening/reading
is there a solution to this? We are running into huge issues with this in
the Film School here on campus and need a way to resolve it without
compromising the security on the Exchange 2003 cluster. Will this
communication issue be resolved in the next update for Entourage? If so, how
does someone go about becoming a test user for the updates? Please help.
