Look In box for File/Open defaults to last folder opened

I'd like to know if there's a way to always have your folder in the Look In
box default to a certain folder. When you do File/Open in Word it defaults
to the last folder that was opened, and I want it to go back to the My
Documents folder each time. Anyone know how to do that?

In word, Go to Tools, Options, then click on the File Locations tab.
Highlight Documents then click on Modify. Change the default to whatever you
want.
