Look Up A Contact Question-

T

Terri

I am using Outlook 2002 with Office 2002 and have a simple question. I
have sub-contacts under my contact folder and when I go to look up a
contact from an email, it cannot locate the names in the
sub-folders....only in the one main folder. Is there a setting I can
use so that it will recognize the names that are not in the main
contact folder?
Thanks!

YOu would need to use Advanced Find and set the contact
folders you want to search with the Browse buttons. Find
searches only your single default Contacts folder.
