address When I get an email I right mouse click on the senders email to 'Look
up contact'. I have two contact folders and all are ticked in their
properties to show as an Outlook address book. The contact folder named
'Contacts' is empty as I do not use it. The problem I have is that even for
someone who I have in my contacts (two folders with data) outlook always says
that 'it could not find contact with this email' unless I move the contact
from one of the two data folders to the empty 'Contacts' folder - then it
recognises them. How do i make it look at all folders ? Thanks.
