Look up contact

1st I have 3 Contacts Folders 1 Main 2 Subs folders. My
question is when you have received an email and open it.
You can right click on it and look up the contact. When I
do this I get a message back "Could not find contact with
this email!" The contact is in 1 of the sub-folders
contacts lists. Is there any way to have this work where
it looks in all 3 contacts folders lists?

Check the settings in >Tools>Services>Addressing. make sure all 3 contact
lists are showing and in the order in which you want them searched when
looking up or addressing a new message.
