Look up table values not flowing into Project Pro 2007

I added 2 new values to an already existing look-up table that is assigned to
a custom field in PWA. After that, when I try to save (File-->Save As) a new
project in Project Pro 2007,the values for that particular custom field do
not appear in the drop-down list, some values are missing (not just the new
ones that I added).I can see all the values correctly if I click on the
drop-down list for this custom field through the edit project properties
function in PWA.It appears like the data in the PWA custom field (look up
values) and project pro 2007 is somehow not syncing up.Any advise? Thanks!

Payal:

First try deleting your local cache by clicking start > Run >
%appdata%/microsoft/ms project
and delete everything you see.

See if that doesn't clear up the problem.

Now, to avoid this in the future, install SP2.

Thanks Gary.Clearing the local cache did seem to display more values in the
drop-down though still missing a few :(
Is this is a known issue with Project Pro 2007 (SP1)?
We are about to install SP2 in the coming weeks which leads me to another
question : Does SP2 address the project check-in issues as well? I know that
there were talks of this problem being taken care of in SP2,but the SP2
description/installation article does not mention anything about it though
it's possible that I could've missed that part.Any input from you is
appreciated...thanks!
