On the Summary tab I want to type 2010 YTD = [BLAH] into cell B2. I want the
Blah to represent the data currently in cell A2 on the Data Tab. How would I
write this formula?

="2010 YTD " & TEXT(Data!A2,"dd/mm/yyyy")

Change the date format to the one you want
