Does anyone have a bid/proposal comparison form?
Are you looking for a paper form? If so you're looking in the wrong place:

A bid form for constructing garden sheds might look a bit different than one
for constructing 124 miles of interstate highway. What makes you think that
there is "a" form that will fit all possible uses? I'd suggest that you talk
to businesses in your line of work and see if they'll share a blank form with
you, and simply recreate it yourself.
