Looking for a metrics reporting tool.

I need to turn in regularly metrics numbers on a master integrated schedule.
I am using Project 2003, but getting ready to switch to 2007. I need the
number of actual real tasks (non-LOE, non-summary) that start/finish on time
Vs. late. I usually run reports of actual starts/finish’s Vs. the Baseline
starts/finish’s, then copy and past those columns into Excel to do the
counting for me. I have been told that there are some tools help automate
the process for me, but I cannot find anything on the web that does what I am
looking for. Some one mentioned something called Robo-Count, but again I
cannot find anything on the web about it.

I would appreciate any information anyone has that could help me out.

Thanks, Doug
