Looking for a scheduling template

Looking for something that will give me:
*Excel 2003 or Access 2003
*Search ability for a date.
*Scheduling up to 5 minute blocks
*Somehow, these 5 minute blocks can't overwrite or wrap to a point where one
cannot see the contents. Not sure how this might be accomplished. A balloon
tip won't really do as these will need to be printed.
*There are 4 "elements" that need to be scheduled independently. It would
be nice to be able to print out the schedule for the elements separately.

Yes. Too much to ask for as a generic template. You'll probably need to hire
someone to create something that specific for you.
