Hello,
I'm looking for a way to synchronize some Outlook 2007 data (calendar,
contacts) on different computers. As an independent commercial agent I
am much on the way and therefore seek a possibility to access my
working folders and important files from my Notebook and Desktop Pc. I
already heard of a lot of Sync programs and wanted to ask for your
experiences in general. Perhaps someone has a tip on how to do this the
easiest way? Thx and greetz ,marc

Easy2Sync for Outlook does a proper job at it and is designed for the
scenario that you mentioned;

If all you want to sync is the Calendar and Contacts folder, then you might
also be able to use your mobile phone or PDA as a transfer medium. They
often allow you to sync with Outlook already.

Exchange server is the easiest (you can get a hosted exchange acct for about
$10/mo), but if that is not possible see
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.asp for methods and software.

Hi,

recently I had the same problem. I wanted to share my Outlook data with
other computers . I´m also not very good with all this technical stuff,
so a friend of mine recommended SYNCING.NET. I tried it and it worked!

It´s a simple and inexpensive software to synchronize data and Outlook
on different PC´s. You just need an internet connection on every PC on
which you want to share the data. The software automatically syncs via
internet.

Just try it! Maybe its the right thing for you too!

Greetings

Thanks! I have choosen syncing.net for my synchronization problem. A
well a friend of mine reported about this software so it was a bi
easier for me to decide for this way of synchronizes my data.

And even for a "greenhorn" like me it was simple to create a networ
and invite other computers.

I´m happy with this solution and hope there wont be any data chaos i
the future!
