Looking for an Excel Expert to Help with this question

I have a downloaded spreadsheet converted from a txt file to xls. I am
trying to extract part of a field using the function "=right(F2,5)" which is
the time in a date/time field. The time is coming over as a 5 digit number.
For instance, time
-- 15:55 PM is coming across as 44444. I want to be able to get a report
looking at the TIME the information entered our system (as in 2 hour
increments to see where the most business occurs in a 24 hour period). I am
preplexed and not sure what to do. HELP!!
