Looking for an imbeddable HTML Editor for Access 2003

Does anyone know of a class library or DLL that I can use to create an
HTML Editor inside of an Access form? If such a thing exists, I assume
it would depend on the presence of Internet Explorer for functionality.
If I am correct, I need it to be compatible with Internet Explorer 7
because my employer just upgraded all our machines to IE7.
