Looking For and Add-In..HELP!!

I have heard that there is an Add-Inn available for outlook that configure it
to automatically ask for an attachment before sending. Similar to the
"subject" message (Message has no subject, okay to send).
Does anyone have or know where I can get this?

Thanks for the help! Now I got to figure out how to make it work. I am going
to be spending alot of time reading instructions. I will return with
questions before proceeding on my own. I am a rookie at this.
