I have a group of Directors who submit monthly report on the status of
multiple projects to me. At this time, they submit WORD documents that
contain project related data each month. Every quarter I review the monthly
reports and provide a summary report to Executive. I am wondering the
communities opinion on what would be the best combination of tools to use
for:
a) a uniform reporting method that is electronic (InfoPath?)
b) a repository to store all reports by month and by project so that
they are easily accessible and so that I may easily compare side-by-side
monthly project key indicators that will be included in my quarterly
evaluation (ACCESS?)
