Looking for data

Assume a database of club information is contained on a
worksheet. One of the columns contains an identifier as to
who or who is not a financial member.

What I want to do is to extract on another worksheet the
information contained in every row that has the nominated
identifier for nonfinancial members. What command
structure in Excel could I use?
