looking for event planning template

help please suggest a template for inner office that would be utilized for
information for planning an event. From date, type of event, location,
contact with info, menu suggestion space, rental description, decor
desription, entertainment desc. etc

Sometimes our needs are so unique that we cannot depend on a template. I
think this is going to be one of those times.
