Looking for file: MSWDS_EN.LEX. Missing from Common Files folder

While trying to install Office XP. It gave me the "error message 1305: cannot
read file C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof\MSWDS_EN.LEX".
I discovered that the file was actually not in that folder after searching my
whole computer for it. How can I get this file to successfully install Office
XP on my system.
