Looking for help building some Visio Automation solutions

I was looking for a company or a contractor who could help us build a custom
solution in Visio.

We would be looking for someone with expereince building custom shapes,
defining custom properties for those shapes, generating reports on those
shapes, and building a VBA based interface to enter in those customer
properties, and being able to sync up the custom properties with a database.
