Looking for help modifying Project 2003 web parts for SharePoint Portal Server 2003

Need some help modifying Project 2003 web parts for my SharePoint Portal
Server 2003 - I've downloaded the web parts and the help file mentions the
easiest way to accomplish what I need is to replace the script in the
existing .dwp files with a hard-coded URL. I've been sucessful with the
Project Center web part however I'm struggling with the Project Report web
part as it needs a project id in the URL customization for the drill-down
and I'm not sure where it can be pulled from.
