Looking for info on faxing using XP pro and possibly Outlook.

I have XP Pro and Outlook and want to fax from my computer. I think I need a
fax modem, too. Is there a fax update from Microsoft I need or has that
patch been included in XP Pro? I'm unsure of what to do next. directions
are hazy in both XP and outlook. Help! somebody. Won't you please help me?

Hi Janice,
you dont need a Fax Modem, coz your normal Modem would send faxes, too.
You need the Fax Mail Transport Service. It is on your Office CD!
