Looking for MapPoint map showing just an outline of US & States?

I'm using MapPoint 2004. Looking for a map showing only an outline of the US
and the States with no other information. I want to add the names of about
20 airports together with some data myself. Are there blank maps available?

Any suggestions appreciated.
