Looking for Microsoft Publisher 2003 Step by Step - available?

I found a nice-looking tutorial on Amazon called Microsoft Publisher 2000
Step by Step. I was looking for something along the lines of the wonderful
"classroom in a book" series that Adobe puts out for its products.

Does anyone know if Microsoft has published a Step by Step tutorial for its
Publisher 2003? If not, does anyone have some good recommendations for
tuturial book and CD sets that teach you Publisher from scratch?
