Looking for non-spyware alternative to 'Hotbar'

Hi,

I naively tried out Hotbar for a few days. I loved the
things it allowed me to easily do with Outlook 2000:
stationary backgrounds, smiles icons etc. But, I soon
found out it was heavy-duty spyware! It caused system
freezes. I removed it from my computer and am looking for
a similar program that is NOT Spyware! (AdAware found 80
new entries created by Hotbar and I found many web
references to just how bad this crap is!)
