Looking for Project 2003 Trial Download

I have looked everywhere trying to find a location to download the
trial version of Project 2003. If you try to download it on the MS
site it always takes you to the 2007 download. Very frustrating as I
just want to download the 2003 trial version.

Any help on where to locate the 2003 trial version would be greatly
appreciated.

Can I ask why this trial version only is suitable for your needs? I
guess from Microsoft's perspective, since they only want to sell Project
2007, that is the only version they want you to trial.

Presumably a lot of the books with CDs included in the stores still have
Project 2003 but they may have features restricted although that could
be a cheap route for you to investigate.

The book MS Project 2003 Step by Step comes with a CD that has a fully
functional, time-limited trial version on it. That's one way to get a copy.
But why would you expect to find it for download? With the release of 2007,
2003 was offically obsolete and withdrawn from retail distribution as
existing stock is exhausted. Since the idea of a trial version is for you
to evaluate the product's suitability to your needs to help you make a
purchase decision, why provide a trial of a product that one could no longer
purchase anyway?

Why, Steve? Because it would help certain customers which need it for
whatever reason. It won´t cost Microsoft a cent but it will gain them a
couple of customers which are happy with their service... etc. And you know
what that means.
My girlfriend just needed it because her school said she needs it for
finishing some exams to let her go to the next grade. Don´t ask me why a 2003
version - it´s a mystery. But still... My girl (and me as a consequence )
have a serious problem now if she wants to finish the grade. And that´s when
MS can show how they care about a customer... Cannot find the trial version
of Project 2003 anywhere on the net even thou I´m trying for a couple of
hours now...
