You could start here: http://www.apple.com/mac/

Besides, it's so much more a pleasure to use. Programs have generally a
better and more elegant user interface with the user (case in point: Mac OS
X's System Preferences vs Windows Control Panels); You use it more than you
fix it (virus, adware, etc.); More shareware programs are free or very cheap
(compare on MacUpdate.com vs Download.com); etc.

It isn't our purpose here to sell you ‹ or sell you *on* ‹ anything. Your
best approach is to evaluate your specific requirements, determine what
software you need to use in order to satisfy those requirements, then select
a computer that will run that software. No matter how well any brand of
computer works for one person there is no guarantee that it will be right
for someone else. Do your homework :)

Hi,
I have been a PC user for over 20 years and took the step to go Imac few
months ago
I still have PC laptop which I use occasionally

I am very happy that I made that decision as I found everything about Mac
better and simpler

Imagine unpacking new Imac and only finding you need to plug in the Power
Cord and the Router connection cord

There are just so many plusses...just to name a few

One press and a few seconds later your computer is ready
No third party programs, firewalls or virus killers to install
Excellent sales service from Apple and Apple Programs

I do have 3 programs that are not available for Mac so I did buy Parallels
4.0 which allowed me to install Windows XP and those programs on a virtual
drive ( No need to reboot, just swing from one to the other)

I can highly recommend Imac and my IT person is now also looking at these
One of the major Department stores hear now has 70% of all computer sales of
IMac
