looking to outline 60 years of living historical events & dates

I looked at a software called My Life by life.com, but it is too involved.
I simply want a way to track family avents like births, college , jobs,
moving,
special events etc.

If an application designed specifically to record life facts is "too
involved", you'll want to think twice about using Microsoft Access.
Learning and using Access has a bit of a learning curve, so you might just
create a list in something like Word.
