"Lookout" search plugin for Outlook

I have used Lookout in the past, and now have a new PC that I would like to
use it on as well. I can not seem to find the free download for this plugin
from the Microsoft site... the links that exist come up empty. If anyone
knows where I can find this, that would be appreciated...
