Im using Outlook XP. When i create a contact. For sample. I create John Doe
with email (e-mail address removed) Business fax 123-1234 Business phone 123-5678.
When i do a new email and click to and choose John Doe. I see 2 contacts
information. If i choose the first one it would be his email addresss. If i
choose the second one it would his business fax. Is there a way that one
contact show up only when i hit the to: Thank you.
