Lookup Fields in a Report

I have created a report that has a lookup field in it.

The report is displaying the primary key number instead of the text of the
lookup field. How can I get it to display the text?

Avoid lookup fields. Include the table that stores the "text" in your
report's record source so that you can display the "text".
