Lookup Fields

Yea, I have seen the light:
http://www.mvps.org/access/lookupfields.htm

Now, is there a quick way to find and remove the fields?

Or is it my penance to go through each table and delete them by hand?

And I can do so without harming my database, assuming I have set up my
relationships and forms correctly?

I personally know of no way to go through and do it automatically, but there
could be DAO code that might iterate through the tabledefs of the database
and be able to do that.

And no, it should not mess your database up by removing them.
