Lookup Tables for Custom Fields - values overflow in other Fields

This is really weird. I have just added a new Lookup Tables for Custom Fields
and a Custom Field... The lookup table is pretty long but nothing out of the
ordinary (less than 100 items).
Now every time when I want to publish a project, it complains about the
project properties. A quick look at the properties reveals values from the
newly added custom field lookup table leaking in other custom fields. In some
cases it just add a couple of extra values to the list, in other cases it
completly replaces the items in the original lookup table with items from the
new lookup table. I have removed and re-created this Lookup Table and it's
corresponding Custom Field several time, and I get the exact same behavior.

WHY?

This is a known and reported bug in Project Server 2007. When you publish a
project, be sure to publish from Project Professional 2007 using File -
Publish, and not from PWA. Hope this helps.

Exactly, the problem is in Project Professional 2007. In PWA all values come
correct, only in Project Professional 2007 the values get messed-up. It's
almost like there is a problem in the communication client/server.

Have you applied the three available Hotfixes for Project Server 2007 and
Project Professional 2007. If not, I strongly recommend you do so. Hope
this helps.

I didn't know there's hotfixes already... can you point me in the right
direction? Where do I get them from?

Thanks
