Lookup Wizard Error

Hi all
When I try to use the wizard to make a combo box and look up the values
from the table , i get the following error.
"Date cannot be retrieved from the source you have selected.You must
select a different table or query to continue in this wizard."

Most serious developers consider the Lookup Wizard *itself* to be an
error, and recommend against ever using it at all:

You're clearly getting the error because you're asking the wizard to
use a table or a query which does not exist. Perhaps you're
misspelling the name, or the name contains blanks or special
characters, and therefore needs to be enclosed in [brackets].
