Lookups

I would like to look up 2 cells (A2:B2) in columns D and
F, and find the solution in Column G. I have used the
formula =VLookup(A2:B2,D:F,G) and it doesn't seem to like
my "D:F". Is there anyway to look for two cells in a
Lookup function or should I go about this another way?
Thanks as always for all of your help!!

One way, to be entered with ctrl + shift & enter

=INDEX(G2:G100,MATCH(1,(D2:D100=A2)*(F2:F100=B2),0))

adapt the ranges to fit your criteria
