loop through multiple spread sheets

I have 6 years of data I would like to process. Each day is saved as
its own spreadshhet.
They are all saved in one folder; naming convention 08-01-00 to
07-0106.

I would like to copy the same cell from each spreadsheet into a new
spread sheet.

Can some one point me in the right direction please.

It would be best to ask this sort of question in one of the Excel newsgroups
(eg microsoft.public.excel.misc).
