I want to have a subject index that will print out as
Subj,Book and Pages as 1,14,15 etc. There would not be
many pages per book, only about 1 to 10. If I have a
different record for each Sub,Book Page I cannot see how
the report could display 1 line per Subj/Book, so I
thought I could put the pages per Book in 1 field (1,14,15-
eg Page nos. separated by a comma). For data entry I would
like the user to enter them as page-TAB-page-TAB- then
ENTER to finish entry for that book. I would then need to
concatenate the separately entered pages(with a comma
between) for the page field. How? Or, would it be better
to have a different record for each Sub,Book Page and
concatenate the pages for the report? I would really
appreciate some help with this, thanks.
