Loosing Attachments in Outlook

Hi!

A customer of mine has an unusual problem. One of his workers seems to be
loosing JPG-Attachments. The interesting part is that the Attachment is on
the server and if I use OWA (2007) I can see it. Even more interesting after
I looked at the mail in OWA all of a sudden the attachment was visible in
Outlook (2003). This seems to only happen with one sender. The same
attachment was sent by another sender and it arrived perfectly fine.

Anybody got an idea or comment what it might be?

I am having the same problem, but to elborate, I am able to open the jpg in
OWA or on a blackberry. If I move the original message from the inbox to
junk email the attachment is there, when I move the message back to the inbox
it is gone again. This only appears to be happing on messages sent from
outside our domain and only on Jpg.

Please let me know if you receive a fix for this issue.
