loosing format

I have recently started loosing formats after the document is closed - also
lost ALL past docs formats. I have tried the Detect & Repair SEVERAL times.
It may help for a few, but reverts back to loosing ALL formats. What can i
do?

In the Templates and Add-Ins dialog box (Tools>Templates and Add-Ins)
make sure that the "Automatically update document styles" option is
not checked. Repeat for each affected document.
