Loosing Past Information

I have a Dell Axim Pocket PC that works with Microsoft Outlook 2002. Every now and again, I loose old calendar information. For example, I recently lost all of the information for the month of September. Outlook told me that it was trying to conserve space on my handheld. I do not want this to happen, because the information is pertinent to my job.
Any ideas how to get Outlook to stop getting rid of my old calendar items? Thank you.. --- Matt

You can set the options in the Microsoft ActiveSync on
calendar to store older data on your Axim.
