Loosing Style Format

F

Fabiola

Hello,

I have been experiencing problems with the style format
since I made the upgrade from Word 2002 to Word 2003. I am
using a AutoMacro which has all the specifications that I
need for all my documents.

For any reason, I can not make my new documents to follow
that format style. It seems it tries to follow the format
but not completely.

I opened a correctly formatted document and compare the
style opening a incorrectly formatted document by going to
Format -> Styles and Formatting. Both say Available
formatting but the format is quite different.

How can I tell my incorrect formatted document to follow
the style of the correct one?

Also, every time I open Word 2003 I get a message that
says I need a new version of Adobe Acrobat PDFMaker. I
already made the upgrade to Acrobat 6.0 and is still
saying the same message. After that it disable the macros.

I am using Windows 2000.

Looking forward for any help,

W

G'day "Fabiola" <[email protected]>,

Step 1: We copy the new styles to the Badly Formatted (BF) document.

Step 2: We APPLY those styles - using the Styles and Formatting (S&F)
pane but with it initially set to show All Styles - as before they are
applied they cannot be 'in use' for us to see in that mode.

I usually do something like:

2a Use Select All on a bad style in the S&F Task Pane.

2b Select the correct style

There are numerous variations depending on how the reformat is to
take.
