Lose focus on list box!

I have a list box that has Multi Select "Extended"
If I have 10 records in my list box and select 6 to be Moved the last 4 are
highlighted If I select half 5 or less the remaining records are not left
highlighted, I have test this with any amount of records if you selected
more than half after you move them the rest are highlighted Black
