lose info when remove outlook 2000 to install 2003?

Upgrading from outlook 2000 to outlook 2003. Install asks me to remove
outlook 2000. Will I loose all of my contact information and personal
folders?

Your data files should stay put but it's always best to at least make a copy
of your PST file, just in case
