I have drawing boxes surrounding text in certain areas of a Word X document. When I go to Preview or try to make a PDF file, I lose all of the text in that box -- it does not show up.
When I delete the rectangle box surrounding the text, then the text does show up in Preview and a PDF file.
This was not happening before. It just started. Did I inadvertently check a box in Preferences that is preventing the text from showing up? How do I get the text back in Preview?
Under Word > Preferences > Print, I have a check with Drawing Objects. And under > View, I have a check with Drawing, Text Boundaries, and Object Anchors. There is no check with Image Placeholders.
I appreciate any advice.
