I'm using the Zero theme and have always liked the 11100001011 stream that
zips by in the background of the page banners.
I'm not sure what happens, but somehow I keep losing this functionality and
my site ends up with the generic non-active banner (same look, only no
movement). I've checked Format | Theme and made sure it said it was active
graphics (if it helps all four options are checked). Nothing changes,
suddenly when I do an update to the web it decides to wipe the animation.
I've changed themes and come back to it, no fix. I've gone to extreme of
wiping the web site completely and re-uploading it, still doesn't work.
Any idea what's going on here and how I can get the good graphics back?
