I have one computer which, when running an Access 2007 SP2 database, randomly
loses connection to the SQL server. When the user first starts the database,
everything seems to be fine. Full access...he can do whatever he wants. But
if he lets the database sit for a while, he can almost be sure that there
will be a Microsoft SQL Server Login error screen up when he returns.
I should point out that I have 9 other computers running the same localized
version of the Access db as he is. All without any problems.
All my computers are running Windows XP SP3. Only difference is that every
computer except this one has a full-blown version of WinXP while this one has
a Dell OEM version.
Does anyone have any idea as to why this may be happening?
