losing dialog modality

Hi All,

I am developing a .Net plugin for MS Project 2002 & 2003 and have come
across what i believe to be quite an odd bug:

When I execute a Project dialog from within a modal .Net dialog, the .Net
dialog becomes modeless. Both 2002 and 2003 behave this way.

I suspect that this is more an issue of mixing .net forms with win32 forms
but i have no experience in this area.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I have also submitted this to MS as a bug:
