However...
You still have lots of problems;

You see the %20 in the folder name? That means you're using spaces in folder
and file names, you shouldn't use spaces or capitalization in folder or file
names, especially the kind of server your web is on. You need to rename
anything with spaces...you can use an underscore _ or a dash - (dash is
better).
On the pink page; you have images referencing files on you local machine
like;
file:///H:/Veronique/My%20Webs/myweb4/images/arthome2.JPG
You're either not working with your web site opened in FP or you did not
Import the image "arthome2.JPG" into FP before placing it into your design.
I encourage you to download and install FireFox browser ( you should have
other browsers as well)...hmmm it looks different right?
The Java hover buttons are working again, but remember only if your viewer
has Java Vitual Machine from Sun installed and turned on on their machines -
look for a different solution to java hover buttons....even plain text links
for now.
None of this has to do with the file structure mess up on your server
though. You may have to open your web "live" on the server with FP and take
a look at it, maybe even delete some stuff then republish from your local
hardrive copy back to the online server.
