Losing personal notes when vCard e-mailed

Vic

Just upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2003 and am having problems when emailing / forwarding vCards. The notes that I type in (in the white section within the General tab of new contacts) are not being sent. I type them in and save my contacts. I pull them up and they are there. However, when I email them to an associate, they see all the contact info (address, tel numbers, etc.) but they do not see the personal notes that I jot in that white are which are very important. Any suggestions? The private box is not ticked either. Thank you very much. Vic

Outlook does not include notes in its vCard files. If the other person is using Outlook, you can forward the full contact item if you compose the message in rich-text format.
