You have disabled "Allow rows to split across pages".
Word can't break the table row at the bottom of the page, so your text is
rolling off the bottom of the page.
I suggest that you step back and take a second look at how you are designing
that table.
It's usually not a good idea to allow table rows to break across pages: it
prevents the text in the other columns lining up properly.
However, if you decide that you need to do it, simply select that table and
choose Table>Properties>Row>Allow row to split across pages.
Look this up in the Help for more information.
Cheers
Dear all,
When my text in a table overflows the page and box onto the next page,
it disappears-does anyone know why and how i can solve this. Am using
Word for Mac 2004 Teacher edition.
Many Thanks
James
