Losing the image in the report

Hi

I added an image to the report but when I try to email the report using the
RTF option the image disappeared from the generated report

I believe the only way to email a Access report with an image is if the
recipient is using the Snapviewer (?? for some reason that name doesn't
quite seem right and my memory is a bit foggy this morning...)

Of course - virtually no one has that viewer nor knows about it - If you
are really working with internal associates and can control everything - then
it is a feasible solution. But in the real world where you can't control the
recipient's viewer - I don't think there is a viable solution. I would love
to be corrected on this point by someone with more experience....

There may be a work around if you save the report as a Word doc - and then
send the Word doc as an attachment - not sure - you might experiment on this.

RTF format does not maintain graphics. Try outputting the report to a
snapshot or PDF format, both of which will maintain the graphics.
